Beach Games

After a great week of training let’s turn up the FUN. Introducing Beach Games: part high intensity, part game focused; Beach Games delivers a solid workout with elements of fun and competition mixed throughout.

Box/Hiit

A combination of boxing and circuit training for beginner to intermediate levels. Develop your skills and build your fitness with a combination of pad techniques, body weight movements, weights and bag work.

Func Fit

Multi-layered movements patterns with a range of exercise techniques and principals. This class takes you back to the basics of human movements to help you turn up the intensity dial.

Iron Awe

A combination of strength-based activities – Olympic Lifting, Dumbbell Exercises, Kettlebells & Weight Plates. Designed for strength development and increased muscle tone.

(TONE TIME)

This class focuses on technique, building strength and improving flexibility.

A class based around resistance training with a splash of high intensity using BANDS, BUTTS & BARS. Targeting glutes, arms and abs. Burning those key muscles we all love.

This one is for the ladies! A combination of spin and circuit based exercises which are sure to get the heart rate going.

Salt sweat is efficient, effective and results focused. The session combines the benefits of resistance-based cardio and weight-based training to optimise your potential.

Spin Class

Our spin class is guaranteed to leave you with a satisfied feeling that can’t be beat. Spin at your own pace or cycle in tune to the carefully choreographed music – that’s the beauty of our spin classes. You are on your own bike and in control of the dials, so you can set the resistance and speed to suit. Classes are suitable for a whole range of fitness goals including improved cardio and physical endurance, as well as weight loss and overall fitness. Plus the group dynamic will keep you moving!
